Samuel Goldman, CPA
Samuel Goldman is a practicing Certified Public Accountant with over 30-plus years of experience in various industries, with an emphasis in the New York City Ground Transportation Industry. In this role, Sam has helped his clients meet the challenges of rapid growth, the difficulties of business contraction, the issues of obtaining credit and the requirements of various tax audits. Sam is also the North American Tax Advisor for an international airline.
Before Sam became the managing partner of Goldman & Goldman, CPA, he worked for several established CPA firms, including Homes and Davis and Fred Landau and Company, where he gained diversified experience working with the SEC on behalf of many Listed clients.
Sam is the President and Chairman of the Board of a Federal Credit Union and is a member of the Federal Tax Committees of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Sam has also authored a tax advice column in industry newspapers.
Sam received his BBA in accounting from the Baruch School of the City College of the State University of New York.
