Thomas Cullen, CPA
Tom is a Graduate of Manhattan College with a BBA degree. He also earned a MBA degree from the University of New Haven.
He is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York. Tom's fields of expertise include a broad base of knowledge and experience in advising the owners of closely held businesses in the areas of income tax, estate tax, business planning and succession planning. He has a great deal of experience with the Real Estate Industry and in advising and auditing not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Shalik, Morris, Tom was a partner in Lang, Lang & Cullen, CPAs, a second generation certified public accounting firm servicing the Stamford, Connecticut area for over 60 years.
Tom is a prior officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Stamford Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Chamber's Business Resource Council and also the Transportation Committee. Recently, the Chamber named him "Member of the Year" for 2005.
Tom has served his profession as a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, having volunteered for its Not-for-Profit Organization Committee. In the past, he has been co-chairperson of the committee's "Annual Conferences".
